8. **Damaged or Lost Packages**: For added protection, we offer Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk insurance. If insurance was not purchased at checkout, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve any issues with the postal carriers regarding damaged, lost, or lost packages.*

9. **Signature Requirement**: By default, our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, unless specifically requested or for high-value items.
