Refund Policy


If you decide to change, cancel or return your order once shipped, there will be a 30% restocking fee on the total of your order. If you wish to return your order you must pay return shipping charges.

This fee may be waived for the following reasons:

  • Defective product
  • Received incorrect product


To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order once received. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, notify us within 24 hours to start the return process. You can call us during normal business hours at: 1(978)760-5986 or email: anytime to notify us.

One of our team members will reach back out to you, and if your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without the appropriate return label will not be accepted or returned.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It should appear on your account in 3-5 business days, but may take longer depending on your credit card or bank. Credit card refunds or store credit only.

Note: Any return that is misrepresented will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived. Any items that have been used and are not in New Original Condition may not be returned.

*Exceptions / non-returnable items*
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All sales are FINAL for clearance items and/or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk is an added layer of protection to your order which insures replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. By unselecting it, you are opting out of this premium feature. By deselecting shipping protection, MILKED is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims for stolen items will not be processed without having filed a police report.
